We deal with any pain relief mainly back pain, neck pain, headaches, we help people with sports injuries such as tennis/golfers elbow, knee pain, shoulder, ankle pain, foot pain. We see patients with pregnancy related issues and use craniosacral treatment and cranial chiropractic for babies and infants.
We use evidence-based and safe treatments such as chiropractic and acupuncture but also offer deep tissue massages and a special Graston Technique massage.
We often see people that have been in chronic pain and may have tried other treatments unsuccessfully, we give people exercise advice but also lifestyle advice such as advice on diet and relaxation. Most people will have exercises emailed out to them.
